This Mother's Day weekend step back in time and enjoy a Spring Tea at Tryon Palace Saturday, May 7.
The tea will take place under a tent on the South Lawn with costumed servers and a multitude of tea, snacks and cakes. The tea begins at 2 p.m. but with the purchase of a ticket visitors can enjoy the 16 acres of Tryon Palace gardens all day.
The event is rain or shine and the tea service will take place under a tent. Limited seating.
