Secretary Susan Kluttz of the N.C. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources issued the following statement after learning of the death of State Representative Ralph C. Johnson of Guilford County.
My heart is heavy having learned of the passing of Rep. Ralph Johnson. My prayers go out to his family and friends. I will remember him as a friend to this department who worked with us on the passage of the Historic Tax Credits legislation and his support of the recent bond package.
