I support the Education & Outreach team primarily through the year-long initiative of National History Day®. I also assist in various outreach opportunities and with the processing and distribution of DNCR educational resources.
I have a degree in Elementary Education from Wheeling Jesuit University and a Master's in Public History from UNC Greensboro (UNCG). Currently, I am pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Urban and Economic Development, also at UNCG. Professionally, I have worked for museum and library systems in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and High Point. Before working with DNCR, I served as the Program Associate for the African American and African Diaspora Studies Program at UNCG.
